We keep data collection to the minimum needed to fulfill orders and answer questions.

• Contact details you give us: name, email address, phone number, and delivery or pickup address.
• Order details: the products you buy, sizes, quantities and order notes.
• Wholesale inquiries: business name, contact person, and the details you include in your message.
• Website usage: basic technical data such as browser type, device and pages viewed, used to keep the site working.
• Local storage on your device: your cart is saved in your own browser so it is still there when you return. We can't read it from our servers.

Online checkout runs through Square Payment Links. When you press “Order on Square,” you're taken to Square's secure hosted checkout. Card numbers are entered on Square's systems, never on this site, and we never see or store full payment card data. Square processes that information as its own controller under Square's privacy policy; we receive only the order confirmation details we need to prepare and hand off your order.

At farmers markets and pop-ups, purchases are processed on Square's point-of-sale. If you ask for a digital receipt, Square sends it using the email or phone number you provide to Square. If you join our list in person, we only add you when you have asked us to.

• To keep the site secure, prevent fraud and meet food-safety and tax record requirements.

Marketing email is opt-in only. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message or by emailing info@mossedjuicery.com. We do not run an SMS marketing program. If you give a phone number at Square checkout, it may be used for order or pickup updates for that order only.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — for example Square (payments and receipts), our email provider, and our website hosting — and only as needed to do their work for us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

The site uses essential storage to remember your cart and preferences. If analytics are used, they are limited to aggregated traffic measurement. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may then work less smoothly.

If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request a copy, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a request, email info@mossedjuicery.com and we will verify and respond within the time the law allows.

Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Orders and account-type interactions are intended for people 18 or older. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We keep order and tax records as long as required by law, and contact details for as long as you want to hear from us. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
