This site is operated by Mossed Juicery LLC. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site. We may update the terms from time to time; the version posted here when you order is the one that applies.

We make cold-pressed juices and blended sea moss gels. These are perishable food products that must be kept refrigerated and consumed within their stated window.

• This juice is not pasteurized and therefore may contain harmful bacteria that can cause serious illness in children, the elderly, and persons with weakened immune systems.
• Take 1–2 tbsp first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Keep refrigerated (approximately 2 weeks).
• These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
• Our products are foods, not medicine. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or managing a health condition, talk with your healthcare provider before changing your diet.

Online orders are completed through Square Payment Links. Your order is accepted when Square confirms payment and we confirm we can fill it. No card details are entered on or stored by this site. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if a price is listed in error, or if we cannot safely deliver a perishable item — and will refund any amount already charged.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Batch sizes are small, so availability varies with the harvest, the market schedule and production runs.

The Mossed Juicery name, logo, mascot, label artwork, photography and site content are owned by Mossed Juicery LLC and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

• Do not use the site unlawfully or to interfere with its operation.
• Do not scrape, resell or republish site content without permission.
• Do not resell our products commercially without a wholesale agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mossed Juicery LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Marin County, California.
